Reception Announcements and Coordination With Other Service Providers. Rate is
for receptions within 60 miles of Grand Rapids, MI. Mileage charge of 40 cents
per mile beyond.

Entertainment. Same as above. Rate is for receptions within 60 miles of Grand
Rapids, MI. Mileage charge of 40 cents per mile beyond.
6 Hour Northern Michigan Reception Package - $900
A TOTAL PACKAGE that includes One Hour Dinner/Cocktail Hour Music and
Up to Five Hours Entertainment. Same as above. Rate is for Receptions In or Near
Traverse City, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Gaylord, Mackinac Island, and Boyne
City, Michigan
Outdoor Receptions are an additional $100. Ceremony Sound Systems
with Wireless Microphones for Co-Located Ceremony/Receptions are $225. Certain
locations require an additional $40 load in charge. These would be places like
the Amway Grand Plaza, Masonic Temple, Plaza Towers and other locations
requiring the use of freight elevators/stairs or off site parking.
Private & Corporate Parties - $400 - $550
Corporate Banquets, Company Parties, Award Dinners, Company Picnics, Office
Parties, Grand Openings, Conventions, Promotions, Birthday Parties, Sweet 16,
Family Picnics, Reunions, Celebrations, Class Reunions, Anniversaries, Surprise
Parties, Teen Dances, Theme Parties, Special Events, Banquets - 3 to 6 hours
School Events - $250 - $500
Proms, Dances, Parties, School Events, Father/Daughter Dances. We used
only edited hit music for grades K-12 - 2 to 5 hours
Holiday - $300 - $500
Christmas Parties, New Years Eve Parties, Halloween Parties, Valentine Dances,
Labor Day Parties, 4th Of July Parties - 3 to 6 hours
Karaoke - $250+
